INGREDIENTS

  • DAIKON RADISH - 1/3 ~ 1/4
  • DAIKON RADISH LEAVES - 1/3 ~ 1/4 OF BUNCH
  • CARROT - 1/2 ~ 1/3
  • GOBO (BURDOCK) - 1/3 ~ 1/4
  • SHIITAKE MUSHROOM - 1

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • SELECT ORGANIC AND NO PESTICIDES
  • LEAVE SKIN
  • SHIITAKE MUST BE SUN DRIED

COOKING DIRECTION

  1. PLACE THE VEGETABLES IN A SAUCE PAN (ALUMINUM OR STAINLESS STEEL; NO TEFLON COATED MATERIAL).
  2. POUR WATER ABOUT 3 TIMES OF THE VEGETABLE.
  3. BOIL ABOUT 1 HOUR

NOTE:

  • You may store the soup in a glass container and save it about 3 days in a refrigerator.
  • Residues of the ingredients can be used for other cooking, such as miso-soup or udon noodle, etc.
